By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.  

**1. Booking & Payments**  
- All bookings are subject to availability.  
- A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm a reservation.  
- Payment methods accepted: **Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Bank Transfers, etc.** (specify your options).  
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.  

**2. Cancellation & Refunds**

- No refunds for no-shows or unused services due to late arrivals.  

**3. Changes by Explore Andhra**  
- We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.  
- If a tour is canceled by us, customers will be offered an **alternative date or full refund**.  

**4. Customer Responsibilities**  
- Provide accurate personal/details (e.g., ID proof for permits).  
- Follow safety instructions given by guides.  
- Notify us in advance about any medical conditions or special requirements.  
- Maintain respectful behavior; we reserve the right to remove disruptive participants without refund.  

**5. Travel Insurance**  
- We **recommend** purchasing travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and accidents.  
- Explore Andhra is **not liable** for personal injuries, lost belongings, or travel disruptions.  

**6. Liability Disclaimer**  
- Explore Andhra acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers (hotels, transport, etc.).  
- We are **not responsible** for:  
  - Delays, accidents, or injuries during the trip.  
  - Loss/theft of personal belongings.  
  - Changes due to natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events.  

**7. Health & Safety**  
- Participants must ensure they are medically fit for the tour.  
- Some activities (trekking, adventure sports) may require a **liability waiver**.  

**8. Privacy Policy**

**9. Intellectual Property**  
- All content (website, brochures, itineraries) is owned by **Explore Andhra** and cannot be reused without permission.
